About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

I have some problem with ID100A to Hong Kong

Do i really need to have a sponsor to fill in the ID100B form?

If i choose Leisure visit, how much detail do I have to write down in the form?

In the flight detail, do I need to have the flight ticket or I just need to book them?

Thank you

Hi, I did not find the form you mentioned.
In general, if you do not have a sponor, its related form is not necessray to fill. There is no specific amount of money you fill on the form, but the more, the better. For the flight, only a flight ticket booking is OK.

If you have New Zealand passport, you can enjoy a 90-day free entry to visit HK, so no applicatino in advance is needed.

sr, it is ID1003A.

Also, I want to know how can I provide the information of the booking flight, do I have to print out the receipt that I already paid or I only need booking online?

If you have a receipt for your flight booking, you are suggested to show that. Otherwise, you can just print out your flight ticket order.

Hello, I came to the embassy and they said I need to buy travel insurance.
I hold a Vietnamese passport and have NZ student visa, but I dont know how I can buy the travel insurance if I want to travel to HK?
Can u tell me if I have to buy the insurance from HK, NZ or VN company?
Cause NZ company say they only provide for NZ citizen or similar
Thanks

Personally speaking, you may still need to consult the embassy for confirming this. In general, you need to have one that is valid in HK.

If so, you are suggested to apply directly by mailing all your documents to HK Immigration Department. In this way, you may avoid this proble. Before mailing the documents, you are suggested to contact that department to confirm the insurance issue.

Personally speaking, I have not heard any information about the insurance, so you still need to consult.
