suggest me electronics markets or showrooms near hebei medical university accepting travel card

i think payment through travel card would save me some amount over paying cash

I wonder if you are referring to traveler's cheque. If so, I'm afraid the electronic markets in the city don't accept payment with that, so you still need to exchange money in certain banck in advance. Anyway, if you refer to the campus on East Zhongshan Road, the Hailong Electronic City is the best choice for what you want and it is only 0.7mi away.
