The extension can be applied to the Extension Section or any Immigration Branch Offices seven days before your current one expire. You need to apply with your valid passport, completed form ID91 and a proof to support to prolong the stay in HK.

Since you can enjoy a 14-day free entry policy, you are suggested to consult the Immigration Office in advance to make sure that you make extension when you are in HK.
