Can I bring shelled pecans for personal use?

Hopefully shelled pecans would be different than fruits, like apples or pears that would spoil.

Jane, I think you may not bring them into China. Yes, it isn't a kind of fruit. However, it might be regarded as seeds, which is also forbidden to enter China.
