About:Guangzhou Metro Line 3

How much is the subway from guangzhou airport to downtown/canton tower?

We will be arriving at 0520AM and have until 0540PM to explore downtown, how much is it for a one way or should we just get a day pass type deal?
Which is the best line to take to explore on? We wanted to stick to line 3 since we can get back to the airport quite easily but if there more to do on another line we will do that.

It's not necessary for you to buy a day pass because of cheap ticket fare. And buying tickets in this city is convenient.

If you take subway from the airport to Canton Fare, it costs 8 CNY per adult.

I remember that there are many attractive scenic spots along Line 3, such as Chimelong Resort. This scenic area has many interesting entertainment, such as Chimelong Paradise, and Xiangjiang Safari Park. You can enjoy yourselves there.

If you are interested, you can also choose to take shuttle bus line 5 to Haizhu Plaza. You can go shopping nearby (esopecially at Beijing Road pedestrian), Also you can appreciate the beautiful scenery of the Pearl River.
