About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

HKIA to Macau ferry

I am arriving in HK at 5.45 on CX and do not understand where I would depart from to get to Macau. Would it be Sky Pier as I would need to buy the ticket before departing LAX?

Yes, you can go to the Skypier to take a ferry to Macau. After landing, no need to go through the immigration. Just walk to Arrival Level, T1 and buy the ferry ticket on the spot (no need to book in advance unless it is peak travel season) at the Ferry Ticket Counter at Transit Area E2. There you also need to show your luggage tag receipt and they will help you handle the luggage. Afterwards, go to the ferry boarding entrance to scan your ticket and check the status of your luggage. Then hop on the ferry to ur destination. But as I know, the first ferry leaves at 10:15. You need to wait!

When you arrive at HKIA, you can purchase ferry ticket and present baggage tag receipt at the Ferries to Mainland/Macao Ticketing Counter At Transfer Area 2 (Located in Arrivals Level, Terminal 1). Immigration and customs checks are not required there. After that, scan ferry ticket and check your baggage status at the ferry boarding entrance. Then board ferries to Macao ports. You can buy the tickets when you arrive there.
