About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

I heard that the Chinese embassy in Kabul do not issue Tourist Visa, Is that correct?

Farhad, individual L type isn't applicable to Afghanistanis, according to Chinese embassy. Instead, they can apply for group L from qualified tour agencies if they plan to visit China.
