1. You can take shuttle bus line S1 to Tung Chung. Then transfer to Tung Chung MTR line nearby to Sunny Bay, where transfer to the Disney Resort line to your Disneyland. Then you can walk to your hotel. By cab, it costs 100-110HKD from HKIA to the hotel.
2. MTR is the best way to go. At Disneyland, take the Disney Resort line to Sunny Bay, where transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Lai King. After that, transfer to Tsuen Wan line to Mong Kok. Getting out from exit C3, you can walk to the hotel.
3. Walk from the hotel to Fife Street, Reclamation Street stop to take bus no. E21 to HKIA.

If you stay in HK for three days or longer, I suggest you buy an Octopus Card, which enjoys discounts for rides on MTR, buses and ferries.
