After you find a school, the school can give you jw202 form so that you can use it to apply for a x type. You needn't pay for the form.

What can I do now my everything is ready...and I got admission letter from the university now can I pay for jw202 letter or not?

As I said, you needn't pay for your JW202 form. Once you are enrolled, the school or university will send you the form.

But there will be some charges of courier and shipping etc will be definitely charged...?can you explain it...I am from pak and I use an agent guidance for this process...so agent ask for money he told me that this letter should be issued by the university but the charges is allow on it.....

The form is mailed to you together with your admission letter. So it is posted for free if it is free for mailing your admission letter.

You are suggested to consult the university/school enrolled you for confirming this issue.
