About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

duration of stay after visa expires

My multiple entry one year one is going to expire on 9th of October 2014. I would like to travel on 5th of October 2014 to China with it.Can I stay there after 9th October ? Its stated that duration of the stay is 30 days after the entry

You can stay after Oct 9. Since your duration of stay is 30 days, you can stay for 30 days from Oct 6, maybe around Nov. 4.

Expire on 9th October means no permission to remain in China on that visa after 9th October. You can enter but you must exit before expiration.
