About:Changsha Railway Station

I got 3 yrs and 6 months old child,if we get the minibus and she not own the seat.

did I need to pay for her?

Although she doesn't take a seat, you need to pay for her. According to the regulations, kids between 3 and 11 years old enjoy 50% discount of the bus fare.
