Dual Colombian/British national applying for tourist visa in China

Hi, I hold both Colombian and British citizenships. I am currently in Colombia and from here I plan to get my tourist L for China to leave sometime in November (first stopping in Taiwan). With which passport should I apply with, and do I need to go to the Embassy in Bogota to process it? Thank you.

Since you are in Colombia, it is suggested to use the Colombian passport for your application in Chinese embassy in Bogota.
