What's the best transport to take from Hong Kong Airport to Wan Chai Station?

Hi, need your advise.

May i know which transport is the best for me and my family members (total 5 adults) to take from the airport to Wan Chai station where our homestay are near to that area? Airport Express or Airport Shuttle Bus?
