It is hard to find such a list. Here are some I happen to know for your reference:
Carrefour, Walmart, RT-MART, Century Mart, Tesco and so on.

Thanks Elena. Do you know any stores (chains) in SH that focus on ORGANIC foods? Is this trend already in China or still not as developed as in the West?

You would find a little organic food in these supermarkets. Anyway, the HiQuality Organic Store has some branches in the city for you to choose. I bought something at its Daxue Road branch before and it is located at no. 58-66, Daxue Road, Yangpu District (near Wujiaochang).

It has an online paurchasing website, but only in Chinese version. If you wanna know more, try to dial 4008 897 897, which is their hotline, but not sure if it has English service.
