may i know how to go by rail to hangzhou from pudong intl airport ?

Question

I know Pudong has Line 2 mrt but to which railway station would be the best ?  How long will it take fr Pudong airport to get there? My flight will land 7 am at Pudong airport.  Which is the suggested best time to book for a seat to HZ on the same day morning ?  Thanks !

Which station to go depends on what kind of train you want to take. For G and D types, you can only depars from Shanghai Hongqiao Station. It will take around 2 hours from airport to Hongqiao Railway station. If you take K or T types, you need to departs from Shanghai South station and it also takes about 2 hour by the shuttle bus. For the K and T types, the tickets are always under great demands, you'd better buy the ticket as soon as you arrive Shanghai. Or you can choose to buy online in advance for a better arrangement.
