About:Hong Kong Airport Express

I saw this Free shuttle bus service in hong kong. when i call the Hotel, they said no such service.

Hi. Some confusion. I have to actually paid HKD 150 per person for the bus services. I was with 4 kids, may i know it is confirmed there is busses that i can take from Airport to Empire Hotel Causeway bay? Please help!!

I wanna tell you that the free shuttle buses are operated by Airport Express (AE) instead of hotels. That is why the hotel staff may have no idea of that. Secondly, the free buses can just take passengers from Kowloon or HK station to their hotels instead of HKIA. Anyway, I can affirm you that the free shuttle bus line H2 will take you there from HK station after getting off AE train.
