what are the procedures that i need to take to apply for a visa in Lesotho?

I am a citizen of Lesotho studying at a university in South Africa, i am going to Beijing in October for the Enactus global event that will be held in Beijing from the 22nd to the 24th October. I could not apply here in RSA as i was told that my study permit is expiring in less than six months. is there any site where i can download the form? kindly anticipating your response
