Hello, there...I am a student studying masters in China... I hold a Nepalese passport. I would like to travel Hongkong and Macau on this winter vacation. So how can I apply for these place?

Bikash, you should apply from offices of HK and Macau SAR in mainland China. These two places are in Beijing. For Macau, you should visit 16th floor of Macau Tower on Wangfujing Street. I couldn't find its contact information.
