Here is all I know, but I do not assure everything is precise:Liuhua: 08:00 - 18:00Jindu: 10:00 - 18:00Jinma: 08:00 - 14:00Xindadi: 09:00 - 17:00Baima: 08:30 - 17:30Shangxia Jiulu (a famous pedestrian): 09:00 - 22:00 For cheap ones but good quality clothing, you should go to Shisanhang and Shahe Clothing Wholesale Markets. To Shisanhang, take bus no. 251, 288, 521, 541, 552, 556 or 823 and get off at South Renmin Road and then walk there. To Shahe, take bus no. 271, 290, 501, 535, 833, 862, or 883 and get off at Shahe Street and then walk there.
