Where are the exact pick up points for the airport shuttle bus please?
Also, do you need to book a ticket?

Do you wanna travel from the airport to the downtown area? If so, you can take the bus at gate no. 14, Arrival Level of the terminal building. No need to book a ticket in advance. You can easily buy a ticket near the shuttle bus boarding site.
