sponsor for my application to study in China

Helo,sir pls my uncle is the one sponsoring me to study in china and am useing his document like(sponsor letter,bank statement,passport data page) and also filled his name in the visa form as my sponsor but in the emergency contact and parent name i filled my dads name holp no problem with dat?
