Near the Haizhu Square, you can find the apartment with washer and fridge, for there are a lot houses for renting. By the way, the price will be a bit high.0

Here is the price I heard about for your reference:
an apartment in Liwan District with a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen costs CNY1,200-1,500. In Haizhu District, the fare is CNY1,300-1,800.0
