Can I bring food supplements, mine of which is in capsule form, into China?
Also my doctor's prescription of my nasal spray?

Yes, you can take food supplements and nasal spray into China. As you said, you need your doctor's prescription to take nasal spray into China.

The food supplement bottles are still sealed at the top. And would be brought in transit luggage. Customs would not have a problem with this? And is the box with the small paper prescription on it, sufficient?

Adam, you'd better not open it. I personally think that it's a kind of health food so that you shouldn't have problem in passing the customs.

Thanks for your help Fiona.
To be more specific, there are 8, still bottle sealed, Juice Plus capsule bottles.
And 2 green tea capsule bottles.
I just like to make sure as I have heard mixed opinions on this with customs. In transit luggage it will not be bothered yes?

Please do not worry. They can be taken into China in your transit luggage.
