How exactly do you treat legal holiday from days off?

I wanted to know how many are the paid non-working days for employees in the private sector. Is it the just the legal holidays (11) or the recommended days-off (which totals 27)?

Hi Peter, Yes I can clearly see the legal holidays as indicated in the table. What I was trying to look into is that while there are legal holidays, there are recommended days off. Such as Tomb Sweeping Day from April 5-7, or Labour Day from May 1-3. So how many all in all are considered to be public holidays to be observed by employers and employees in the private sector.

There are 27 public holidays in all. Except for the legal holidays, the weekends are usually connected with legal holidays. Therefore, there are 27 public holidays in all.
