About:Travel Tips

I'm living in china on a residence visa ,married to an American on a residence type too here

We want to both go to the USA in February ,can i apply in china ,what do I need to do? I would like to try a fiancée type. how long does it take? How about a 3months one? Which one is good for starting? Thank you
