About:China Museum of Huaiyang Cuisine

Period of stay in a calendar year; Multiple entry Business M type VISA

Hi, I possess a Multiple entry Business M type with period of stay of each time as 30 days. Is there any limitation on the number of total days I can spent in China in a calendar year totaling from multiple visits.

Rahul, there is a limitation on the maximum stay for your multiple entry M type. For example, your multiple M type was issued on September 10 and its validity is six months. Then your maximum stay is 180 days in total. You may not stay as long as 180 days because you need to exit and reenter before it expires.

Does that mean if I've 1 year multiple entry M type with period of stay as 30 days for each visit, I can stay in China for 360 days provided I enter & exit 12 times?
