Hi, you can walk from the hotel to Gongyuanqian metro station to take line 1 to Tiyu Xilu. There you can transfer to line 3 and get off at Hanxi Changlong. Then you can walk to Chimelong Square to take the free shuttle bus of the resort to the Safari Park. As you will use line 1 and line 3, you should hop on the train around 23:00 to catch the last train to Gongyuanqian in case.
