About:China Customs Declaration

Hi, Can I bring some american ginseng for my family in and out of China? Thanks!

You can bring some into China as gifts. Please do not take a lot.
For out of China, there is no specific requirements on the amount.

Thank You Baird!! That means I should declare the ginseng gift to customs when arrive at the airport right? Rather than having them go through my luggage and find it?
