The cheapest way is to take the MTR, which costs HKD 19.
You can walk to the East Tsim Sha Tsui to take the West Railway Line and get off at Nam Cgeong station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. There you can use the Disneyland Resort Line to the destination.0
