No. 111 of Taikang Road, Yuexiu District
Guangli Hotel
No. 158 of Taikang Road, Yuexiu District
Haiyun Hotel
No. 288 of Middle Binjiang Road, Haizhu District
The three hotels are safe and cheap. Near the Haizhu Square, so the transportation is very convenient.0

There are some hotels in Liwan district where budget hotels are 150RMB TO 250RMB with good accomodation and clean area. It depends on your budget, and also hotels are giving discount once you purchase their VIP card which is a very good deal because you can use it for life. The transporation and foods are also good in the area.0
