how do i find that my tracking number is correct?

Naveen, you'd better confirm this with the sender and ask him why there is no tracking result when you input the tracking number. If the number is correct, there should have been results.

Is RB945121785CN a new parcel as it normally takes 3-5 days for China Post to update the system
