what is the weather temperature on top Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang during Sept 19, 2014?

We going to visit the place soon.

The average temp is 17℃ at the foot of the mountain, and at the top, it’s at least is under 0℃. You’d better to bring heavy clothes to keep warm.

I heard temperature on the top os the mountain ranges from -5℃ to 5℃. Do prepare warm or thick clothing.
