how to get to panyu from foshan by bus or train.

pls give names of stations and how frequent do they run

At FS Gaoming Bus Station, there are direct buses to Guangzhou Panyu Shiqiao Bus Station. They are scheduled at 8:10, 8:50, 10:00, 10:50, 12:40, 13:30, 14:20, 15:00, 15:50, 17:20　and 18:20. It takes around 1hour and 50min and the bus fare is CNY42 per person.

There is no train running between, you can take a bus at FS City Bus Station to Panyu.

Yes, but it requires transfers and the duration is a little long. At Kuiqi Road or another subway station on Guangfo Line to Xilang, where transfer to Guangzhou metro line 1 and get off at Tiyu Xilu. Then you can transfer to line 3 to Shiqiao.
