At FS Gaoming Bus Station, there are direct buses to Guangzhou Panyu Shiqiao Bus Station. They are scheduled at 8:10, 8:50, 10:00, 10:50, 12:40, 13:30, 14:20, 15:00, 15:50, 17:20 and 18:20. It takes around 1hour and 50min and the bus fare is CNY42 per person.3

There is no train running between, you can take a bus at FS City Bus Station to Panyu.2

Yes, but it requires transfers and the duration is a little long. At Kuiqi Road or another subway station on Guangfo Line to Xilang, where transfer to Guangzhou metro line 1 and get off at Tiyu Xilu. Then you can transfer to line 3 to Shiqiao.0
