About:China Customs Declaration

lost post, I have tried my local post offices but they don't know how to help me

this is not related, but could sopmeopne give me advice on how to find a letter that was posted to me from England but has not arrived at my address in china after 2 months?

Jeff, you may ask the sender to give you the tracking number. Then you may come to the post office and ask them to check where it is. Normally, it takes 7 to 15 days to send a letter from England to China. By the way, you may ask the sender to contact the courier and see if they are capable of tracing where the letter is.
