Hi, there is no consulate of Germany in Qingdao. There are five consulates in China, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenyang and HK. If you have any issue, you can contact the embassy of Germany in Beijing and their phone number is +86-(0)10-8532-9000.
