taiwan weather- qing jingsun moon lake

Hi, I am going in early Oct to TW, May I know how is the weather and what are the interesting places to explore in Qing Jing and Sun moon lake. And how to get there? Is it accessible or need booking?

According to the weather records, it is rainy and windy at that period of time, the average temp is about 25℃.In Qingjing, you can visit the farmland and live in the local dwellings.In sun and moon scenic area, you shuld go to the two lakes, Lalu Island, Ci’en Temple and Xuanguang Temple.And they are accessible, you don’t need to book it in advance.As for the transportation, I’m not sure your route. Maybe you can provide some detailed info.
