Which way is heapest and nearest from Yan'an to Yinchuan?

It is recommended to take the direct long-distance bus to go. I remember there are six buses in operation from Yan'an East Bus Station to this city. If by train, one train is available and it is best to book in advance. Also it takes longeer than the direct bus!
