About:China Visa Exemption

I have Bolivian passport will have a stop,over in shanghai for 19 hours ,do i need to apply for visa

Since your stop over is just for 19 hours, you do not need to apply it. If you do not leave the airport, nothing is required. If you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a stay permit in the airport to leave.
