About:World Horticulture Expo Garden

Hi, does anyone know if my wife can pick up a form at the Chinese Consulate visa office in Chicago?

I'll be on a business trip and can't go to Chicago anytime soon. Thanks!

She can pick up for you in Chicago. But if you mean to pick up a visa application form, it is not needed to ask your wife to do so, because you can download one online.

No, it's a form that shows I give the right to my father to sign anything in China. Are you sure they'll allow someone other than myself to pick things up? Thanks so much for your help!

If so, you cannot ask your wife to help you to pick up, because you need to sign on the form before the officer and your wife cannot do it for you.
