It would be a little cold in Nov. when the lowest temperature shall be 2-5℃ and the highest is around 16℃. For the whole month, sunny days would be the majority, but several rainy may also happen. Yes, there are night markets in the city. I know the Taidong Yan'an 2nd Road Night Market and Sifang Liqun Night Market. I also remember there was a night mrket on Nanjing Road, but not sure if it still exists.1
