Hi, I am Dharshana & I have pre-registration to visit electronic Asia 2014, so how can I obtain visa

and what are the requirements and how many days want to get it.

Where is the meeting held?
If it is held in China mainland, you need to provide your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, an invitation letter from the meeting, an invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit, your company's covering letter and your bank statement to cover your costs in China.
