is it mandatory to reach nong ping 360 at the same time as booked

Question

During booking of NP360, I found that it has to booked for particular timing. After arrival at airport I am planning to first go to NP360 and then go to hongkong central in the evening. However, due to arrival, pickup of luggage and immigration etc. there may be some delay. So if I have booked for a particular time and if I am not able to reach in that time, can I ride for a later timing with same ticket or is it refundable?

No, it is not. As I know, it is fine to take the cable car on the same day for your ticket reservation. But if u cancel the reservation, you will get no refund. If you have any other confusion, send an email at info@np360.com.hk. to ask.
