best time to visit hangzhou

Hi i would like to visit hangzhou this year. From now which month is te best time which is not too hot or too cold. Is it convenient to travel by free and easy. Easily accesable to te places of interest

The best travel time to the city is Mar. to May and Sep. to late Oct. But try to avoid National Day Holiday (Oct. 1-7), when is rather crowded. Hangzhou is a easy travel destination. If you want to travel by your own, stay in a hotel near West Lake.
