Do we get train or bus from Hangzhou international airport to Qingdao

There is no bus or train from the airport to that city.

You can take a bus from the Hangzhou North Bus Station or take a high-speed train from Hangzhou East Railway Station to QD.

By the way, in the Hangzho airport, there are direct buses to the north bus station and the east train station.
