Need some help tracking number is RH049714679CN

it say null in pvg Monday 25th but no update as it's the 29th today

It is normal. After the parcel was sent to the airport, it would be waiting to be delivered out of China. No information can be tracked online for this process. So you still need to wait for a while patiently.
