How long does a package take to clear customs at PVG,

I am waiting for my order to arrive but PVG NULL is all I can get on tracking since August 23rd, 2014?

Hi, Lesley. It is hard to tell how long does a package take to clear the custom, because as I know, many packages will be stuck as the custom without reasons.
Since your parcel was at PVG since Aug 23, probably, it was on the way to its destination.
