can i send my uk passport from hong kong?

I am in hong kong. My z visa invitation letter says i must go to manchester.Will the manchester embassy return my passport in prepaid envelope to hong kong?I need a 3 month single entry z type, how much will it cost? £84 (30 +54)?Thanks in advance.

You need to apply through the CVASC in Manchester and after application, the center will send your passpor back to HK. Please do not worry. For a single entry, the price is 84 Sterling if you apply by post.
