Direct train from Haikou Meilan airport to Yalong Bay

Is there a direct high speed train that runs straight from Haikou Meilan Airport to Yalong Bay train station? I know there's a station at Haikou City but not sure about one from airport. Thanks

Yes, there is a Meilan Railway Station, which is connected to the terminal building of the airport. There are high-spped trains running to the the Yalong Bay Train Station.

Thank you for the reply. Last thing I need is to get lost and not able to communicate with the locals since I cant speak Chinese and they cant speak English!!

No, you won't get lost. All the singages in the airport are marked both in Chinese and English, so it is easy to find the high-speed rail.

Ok good. One more question I like to ask. I will be taking a high speed train to Yalong Bay and will be staying at Sheraton and St Regis Yalobg Bay for 1 and 2 nights respectively. I heard its quite hard to find local eateries and most guests will need to eat in at the hotel restaurants. Can someone be kind enough to recommend me restaurants (preferably seafood or chinese foods) not too far from those hotels please. Thanks
