About:Embassy & Consulates of Thailand in China

Nepalese tourist in China

I am a Nepalese tourist in China. I have a visit L for 90days (2 entries) and right now I am in Guangzhou. I want to travel Thailand from Guangzhou but I don't have Thai visa. So as a Foreigner can I apply for Thailand visit entry permit from Guangzhou or not??
If yes then, what are the requirements??
I will be very thankful if I get prompt reply with proper details.

According to the rules, you cannot apply it in China, since the Thailand Embassy in China only accepts application from foreigners who have residence permit in China.

It is still suggested to contact the embassy or consult for confirming it.
