The Order number is RG021868627CN

I place the order log time. Still it is at Kolkata(INDIA). How can I expected Order Item.

Once your parcel arrives in India, India Post is responsible for delivering it to you. So please contact India Post and ask them why your parcel isn't delivered after it arrived in Calcutta for a week.
